The parts looked fine when they arrived, but the installation was a lot harder than I expected. I’ve installed similar stuff before, so I figured this would be straightforward, but the instructions were unclear in a few places. I ended up guessing on a couple steps and it took way longer than it should have. It might be okay if you already really know what you’re doing, but I wouldn’t call it beginner-friendly.

My order arrived with one wrong chrome piece, which was a little dramatic in the worst way because I needed it for my truck that same week. I emailed them and didn’t hear back for about a day, so naturally I started spiraling a bit and wondering if this was going to turn into a whole saga. Once they finally replied, though, they were actually really helpful. They sent the correct part without turning it into some massive ordeal, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a few extra days, so the timing wasn’t perfect, but they made it right in the end. I’d order from them again, I’m just hoping next time the chrome gods are kinder to me.

The return process was okay overall, but it took longer than I thought it would. I was expecting it to be a bit quicker and smoother, but it did get handled in the end.

My order showed up in solid packaging with no dents or messed-up corners, which was niiiice. Everything was wrapped well and looked clean when I opened it. Overall, happy with how they shipped it.

In the end, everything was correct and nothing was missing. I went through the order piece by piece, and the parts matched exactly what I clicked on when I ordered. It took me a little while to double-check everything, but once I did, it was nice to see it all lined up.

I was relieved to find the parts in stock here after checking a bunch of other sites that were all sold out. From my experience, that made the whole process so much easier, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind next time I need something.

I found a bunch of chrome parts here that I couldn’t track down at any of my local shops!! The site had plenty of options for my Peterbilt and was easy to browse. I also liked that they carry the little stuff too, not just the big parts. I’ll definitely be using them again when I need more!!

It looked close in the pictures, but once I saw it in person, it wasn’t an exact match. Not terrible, just a little off from what I expected.

I ordered a chrome bumper trim and a couple of light covers, they look decent once they’re on the truck. From a few feet away, the chrome shine is nice and it definitely cleans up the look. That said, whoever packed or checked these must’ve been in a hurry, because one piece had some small scratches and the edges weren’t finished as clean as they should’ve been. Fitment was alright, but not perfect, I had to mess with it a bit to get it sitting right. For the price, I was expecting a little better quality control. Not awful by any means, just kind of average. I might order again, but I’d definitely inspect everything closely when it shows up.

The stuff looks good, I’m not gonna say it doesn’t. But the prices feel a bit higher than what I’ve seen at other places, and once shipping gets added, it ain’t exactly cheap. I don’t think I wouldn’t buy again, but I’d definitely order more if the pricing felt a little more fair...

After a couple months though, I started noticing little spots and dull areas in the finish, even though I was just doing normal washing. For what I paid, I expected the chrome to last longer. Looks good at first, but the durability was disappointing

I’m giving it one star off because shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a good experience.

I’m kind of annoyed I spent money on this. For what they’re charging, I was expecting something way better, not something that feels like I could’ve grabbed it somewhere else for cheaper. And then the shipping cost on top of it? Come on. At that point it felt like I was being charged just for the privilege of being disappointed. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
